Everything you need to know about working with me.

What file formats do you accept?

All major formats: MP4, MOV, ProRes, BRAW, R3D and more. Send raw footage through Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io and I’ll take it from there.

How long does the editing process take?

Short-form turnarounds are typically 48–72 hours. Long-form projects take 5–10 business days depending on length and complexity. Rush delivery is available on request.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes. Every package includes revision rounds: 2 on Standard and unlimited on Premium. I refine the edit until you’re fully happy with the final cut.

Can you work with existing footage?

Absolutely. Whether it’s your own recordings, stock, or a mix of sources, I’ll shape it into a polished, cohesive story that fits your brand.

What is your refund policy?

If production hasn’t started, you get a full refund. Once editing begins, the deposit is non-refundable, but you keep every deliverable completed up to that point.

Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?

Yes. Monthly retainers are available for creators and brands who need consistent content, with priority scheduling, discounted rates and a dedicated workflow.
